Before we begin
A little clarity
goes a long way.
A few useful answers about working together, choosing a service, and getting your project moving.
Where should I start?
Start with a free 30-minute initial project meeting. We’ll discuss your business, goals, and the work you need so I can prepare a tailored scope and quote. If you already know the deliverable you need, Services shows defined packages, prices, and paid advisory options.
Do you work only with Shopify?
Shopify is my specialty, and I have worked with it since 2015. Some design, audit, and website services can support other platforms. Share your website, technology, and goals so we can confirm what is possible within the selected service.
What happens after I purchase a service?
We confirm your selected package, requirements, and agreed scope. You provide the relevant brand assets, content, website details, and access. The delivery timeline starts after the required inputs and scope are agreed. Please use collaborator invitations for account access rather than sending passwords.
Are the packages fixed in scope?
Yes. Each service page describes its included deliverables, page or product limits, delivery time, and revisions. Extra pages, a new direction, added features, and other work outside those limits are scoped separately. If your project is unusual, discuss it before ordering.
What counts as a revision round?
A round is one consolidated set of feedback within the agreed direction and deliverables. The number included depends on the service or package. A new brief, additional concepts, or expanded deliverables may need separate scope.
Are content, apps, and licenses included?
Requirements vary by service. Website packages use your supplied or approved content and brand assets unless the listing says otherwise. Paid themes, apps, hosting, premium fonts, and stock licenses are separate third-party costs. Check the service page for its specific inclusions and exclusions.
Do website mockups include a working website?
The 10-page mockup service delivers static desktop designs as high-resolution PNGs and a PDF. Coding, live-site changes, mobile mockups, copywriting, and interactive prototypes are outside the base package. A matching mobile layout set is an available extra; development can be scoped separately.
How do I book the free initial meeting?
Choose an available time on the project-call calendar. The meeting is free, lasts 30 minutes, and takes place through Google Meet. We’ll discuss your project, goals, and the information needed for a custom quote. Available hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Mountain Time; the calendar shows current availability.
How are paid advisory sessions different?
Paid consultations focus on a detailed website review, advice, and written recommendations. Choose a 30-minute session for $95 USD or a 60-minute session for $190 USD through the paid consultation offering. Scheduling is arranged by email after purchase; checkout does not book a calendar time. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Mountain Time, subject to confirmation.
What will I receive after a consultation?
A meeting summary with prioritized recommendations and next steps, delivered within two days after your consultation. Implementation, design files, and additional deliverables are separately scoped services.
Can I add extras to a project?
Yes. Each project lists its available extras and any additional time they require. Extras should fit the selected service and agreed brief. For example, a website-audit package offers an additional 60-minute session for $150 USD; this is an audit add-on, separate from the standalone $190 USD consultation.
Do you guarantee sales or search rankings?
No. Design, usability, and SEO work improve specific parts of your website, but sales, traffic, and rankings depend on many factors. The commitment is to the deliverables and checks described in your chosen service.
